The yellow seawater Datterino tomatoes are produced by the Azienda Agricola Calemone, located in Puglia precisely in the Torre Guaceto nature reserve.
This tomato is grown near the sea, near the brackish lands of Torre Guaceto . This gives these tomatoes a very special taste, very sweet, almost without acidity with very special sensations in the mouth and brand new flavors. It is preserved with pasteurized sea water.
