The Customer who has purchased a Product on the Site, has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Product to withdraw without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, exception of the costs of return and initial transport which remain at his expense and which he will have to pay: the Products received must be returned intact in their original packaging in perfect condition and must not have been consumed.
