Calamarata di Gragnano IGP pasta is produced by 28 Pastai .
A small artisan business located in the Valle dei Mulini in Gragnano in Campania.
The wheat used is 100% Italian wheat grown between Abruzzo and Molise.
It is BLOCKCHAIN certified, which allows you to control the entire course of the pasta: from the fields where the wheat is grown to the table, which makes the production process absolutely transparent.
Like all Gragnano IGP pasta, it is bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature.
